I'm guessing she was posessed by something...
Maybe that dead/missing guy who lived in there before her. Or just some eldrich abomination bent on world conquest.
Or this mysterious shaman.
In any event, that's why you always take... trophies... from your fallen foes. Just can't trust 'em to stay dead, so might as well make them into loot. Dorfs understand this principle quite well.
I have no idea what's been going on in the past few strips. Could someone enlighten me?
I guess someone confused random with humour.
The Fey operate by rules which seem arbitrary and illogical by our standards. Lady Marion has a firm command of their reasoning, and as such serves as their arbiter.
If you don't like it, well, you probably weren't brought up on proper versions of Grimms' Fairy Tales, were you?
*Googles doumbek*
Narrow end or wide end first?
That face.
It's like it was made to be throttled. :smallconfused:
Which one? The smug one who doesn't explain anything despite knowing what is going on, or the angry one who seems to think he knows better despite NOT knowing what is going on?
So it's pretty obvious that the woman with the medallion is a swanmay. Agreed?
So, this strip really annoyed me. My first thought was "another Mary Sue in the making". :smallsigh:
However, since she is an elf being older than a millennium isn't special. And now I wonder if just developed a bad attitude towards the comic. Is it just that the comic doesn't fit my taste anymore, or is it really getting worse?
Well... It's been a while since we've had any arcs that I found particularly interesting... But I'm not ready to call it an overall drop in quality.
Well I guess after Clover, every halfling girl thinks she has a shot at nobility.:smalltongue:
Love me some halfling
Isn't that how it always goes:smallannoyed:? You think you meet a nice girl, then it turns out she she just wants your brother somewhat castrated, so she can use your unborn child to usurp the throne, and then turns into a dragon and flies off…wait a minute:smallconfused:.
Welp, time to go dash a child's head in before it becomes a horrible half-dragon hydra monster, I suppose. :smallconfused:
Ok, now the development is starting to get interesting, though i do wonder who the Dragon/girl is, have we seen her before?
Well, that happens.
Also, that was a rather quick arc. (So far). The antagonist was introduced on a side note, and the conflict was solved in an instant. Most of the time was spend on the theatre group and their awesomeness. Although they weren't really necessary for the plot.
And I'm back to nagging again :/
Aw, I was hoping for some horrible halfling on halfling romance.
Eddie is awesome though. I particularly enjoyed his expression when he detected the potion in the wine.
Not much chatter on this strip lately.
Anyways, any thoughts on who the vampire might be?
SpoilerI'm thinking it's the sheriff or constable or whatever her title is. Up at night, least likely suspect, hates crime. Feeds and gets rid of undesirables.
Hu, I could have sworn I posted here yesterday... something ate my post, apparently...
I just caught up with the last... what, six years? Took me a while... anyway, I won't make a review of them... no way
As for the current arc...
Spoiler
I did consider the sherriff but it somehow feels too obvious. I'm not even sure what that thing was we saw attack the last victim...
Maybe it is something that wants to blame the vampire(s) by making it so obvious.
Wow, I can't believe that person was the vampire. :smallsigh:
Call me crazy... But I'm starting to suspect that guy might be a vampire...
Notice the tombstone? :smallcool:
I'm thinking there must be a twist coming up. That many vampires, and only how many deaths?
SpoilerI'm thinking the vampires carefully feed on the humans, or even something else's blood, and don't have anything to do with the attacks. The vampires might even be under attack themselves.
Give it a few more days...
