Geld, with a small gleam in her eye, run back upstairs to get her toolkits. After returning, she'll begin to open the unit while inquiring as to how long they've had this problem, how often they power down they machine, etc and attempt to discern the problem.
Blake
"Why, we point big guns at him and convince him to give himself up peacefully of course. This bounty only pays alive. In fact, I'm pretty sure this guy has only mildly upset the local police, but Greasy Jack doesn't like non-licensed activity on his turf. He's paying for the opportunity to have a chat with Bradley, that's all."
Tito
Tito nods. "I guess we can do that.. This guy turns up, and we nicely ask him to come with us.. only one thing we should be wary of however.. This isn't the kind of place a person is likely to go into alone.. Either he's bringing friends, or they're already here.. My first thought is to wait until he leaves, and then do the job right after he walks out of here.. trouble with that is, it'll be easier for him to escape.. What do you guys think?" He speaks loud enough not be cleary overheard, but he doesn't take his sight of the Twi'lek woman. He also moves his finger to the trigger of his blaster pistol in case they get unwelcome attention. Then again, it might be that he's too quick to pull a gun in any situation..
Daken
Daken nodded in Tito's direction, and followed the Rodian's gaze to the Twi'lek woman. He brought his eyes back down to the table and quickly checked his wrist-launcher.
"Well we have only been here for half a standard hour, and this is a fairly important-looking building. I'd think they simply don't have much need for soldiers." As he pulls Vandar from the speeder, Murr beckons for one of the guards and continues, "after all, it seems like a pretty peaceful planet."
Blake
"We could wait till he leaves, but really, why prolong it? I say we invite him to wear the binders as soon as he shows, and go collect some cash."
Daken
"That also works," Daken said as he drummed his fingers on the side of his shotglass. He was getting antsy. The alcohol was wearing off, and he hated waiting sober.
Tito's earstalks sagged. "Fine. How about this: Guy comes in, you walk up to him, I walk up to the exit, you do your thing and point to me.. I'll wave back to let him know that making a dash for the exit is a bad idea.. You walk up to me, and the four of us are all outside without having to wait till he leaves. If people start shooting before we can do that, I take cover on the outside of the entrance, and shoot around the corner with cover fire so you can make it outside too.. After that, it's like shooting Gizka in a barrel.. " Tito tries to wobble the table a bit to see if they can push it over for cover. It's bolted to the floor, so it doesn't..
@Daken, Tito, Blake:
The Twilek - redskinned and striking like all of her species - is dressed in a grey jumpsuit that is somewhat too large for her and wears a blaster hooked to her belt, as well as a stun baton. she takes your attention as given and doesn't especially react.
While you discuss your plans, the door opens again and a small, paleskinned human comes in, wearing spacers' clothes and a blaster low on his hip. The description would fit... The Gamorrean behind the bar turns his head towards the man...
SpoilerInitiative please - shooting doesn't start yet, but just so I know who reacts quickest.
@Geld:
The pale alien answers your questions faithfully. "No, we never have problems, we never turn it off and it's fairly new."
SpoilerMechanics skill check, please.
@Murr, Alvaro, Jelvar:
Your prisoner follows your lead with a resigned air, as you take him out of the speeder. A short check up with the soldiers later, you enter an elevator up into the Court Hall proper to turn Vandar over to the Judge on duty.
Gorrump
Aboard the small ship that had brought him and his Jedi companions, Gorrump slumbered in the tiny cabin that held a few bunks, his feet dangling off the edge of the top bunk.
He was dreaming of home, Kashyyyk, and it's beautiful forests. He was alone, stalking a predator, hoping to kill it before it made it back to his village. He had his spear in his hand, ready, as he waited on top of a tree branch. As the predator passed beneath the branch, Gorrump leapt....
Gorrump fell off the bunk with a loud thump and groaned as he awakened from his slumber. He picked himself up and went to check on the prisoner. Heading into the holding area, Gorrump stared in horror at the empty makeshift cell and quickly ran to grab his gear and weapons, fearing the prisoner was loose. Once he had grabbed his weapons, he went straight to the cockpit to alert the others, but was yet again horrified to see that they were gone. It was only at this time did he see that they had landed on the planet Bakura, where they should have been 24 hours ago.
Perhaps his Jedi companions had decided that Gorrump needed the rest after watching over the prisoner for several hours, after his little sabotage, to recouperate and had not decided to disturbed him for that reason. Still, he was not with his Jedi companions, especially Jelvar, and that meant he could not honour his life-debt. He remembered that they were scheduled to head to the Court House for the prisoner's trial and Gorrump decided there would be a good place to start looking for them.
Opening the door to the small ship and closing it behind him, Gorrump immediately tried to find the location of the court house, approaching a nearby terminal and keying in the directions to the Court House in basic. Once he knew where it was, he broke into a run, carrying his gear, towards the Court House.
@Gorrump:
Reaction to the huge Wookiee running like mad through the streets - after probably stopping and trying to discern the location at a terminal - causes quite the consternation... People carefully move out of his way and more than one hand strays casually to a comlink...
Blake
Noticing the Twi'lek's gear Blake says to his comrades, "I think the Twi'lek is here for the same thing. Keep an eye on her Daken."
When the man walks in Blake reaches for his carbine, clicking the setting to stun. "Game on." He stands and begins to make his way towards the human.

Initiative [roll0]
Daken subtly noted the arrival of the mark and moved his hand to his hip, flipping the stun setting on and adjusting his chair so that he was facing the twi'lek woman.

Jelvar
"Hello Judge. We brought the prisoner Sakan Vandar," he says to the judge. He quickly looks around still a little suspicious of why there were soldiers.
Tito
Sensing that Daken was going to provide the cover fire and that Blake was heading to the mark alone unless he joined up, he quickly took his place to Blake's left. His hand was off his weapon, but he needn't long to have it ready to fire.. Few people he knew drew a blaster pistol as fast as he.
Alvaro
He never did like the clones. Even if he could see their connection to the force, each one seemed to hold the same, regardless of whether they were a newer or older clone from the factory. Still, he enjoyed identifying newer beings with what they would call race and gender.
"We apologize for the delay, Your Honour. We had a bit of a trouble getting him properly restrained."

OOC
SpoilerNo Clones running around - yet. Besides, these aren't Republic Soldiers, they are company soldiers.
@Alvaro, Murr, Jelvar:
The elevator takes you up to the prison level, where the Judge on duty - a Bith - checks whether all arrests have been lawful and due to procedure. Fortunately, your paperwork checks out and two guards, this time in a blue uniform and Bakuran Law Enforcement rather than company security. You get all the signatures that you did your job...
@Blake, Tito, Daken:
SpoilerBlake and Daken go first. Do what you consider appropriate, I'll take it on from there.
@Gorrump:
His journey through the city causes quite a stir, but strangely, nobody seems to be able to call Law Enforcement...
As soon as the prisoner changes hands, Murr gives a relieved sigh - happy to finally be rid of the troublesome man. "Thank the Force that's over..."
"Boring mission," he remarks when they leave. "We still have some time to kill before they'll have refuelled the ship. Let's call Jelvar's rug and find something to do."
Jelvar
Jelvar rolls his eyes at Murr. "You know he hates it when you call him a rug and being a wookiee he could kill you," he says heading bakc toward the ship. "Once we find Gorrump what should we do? The only thing I can think of is heading to a cantina. They're always something interesting at cantinas."
Gorrump
Running quickly through fairly closed areas, such as the streets of Bakura, were nothing new to Gorrump and he kept up the pace despite the cautious looks from bystanders. If he could, he would of apologized, but alas, all he could do is ignore them and give them a wide berth.
After another minute of running, Gorrump approached what he thought was the Court House and looked around, expectantly, for his Jedi companions. If he didn't see them now, there was no hope of him ever getting inside without breaking the law.
"He's clever enough to know I'm just kidding." He stifles a cough and continues, "cantina it is then, I guess, though I don't think we'll find anything interesting on this world..."
Murr goes to fall in line beside the other padawan when he notices the rather out-of-place Wookiee running towards the court house. "Well, speak of the devil..."
Blake
Blake moves towards the Human, angling to get between him and the door. When positioned he casually cradles the carbine pointing towards the small man. "Give it up Bradley, you should know better than to go solo on Greasy Jack's turf, come quietly, he only wants a chat."
Spoiler
Presence talent allows me to make an intimidate roll as a standard action. I am attempting to convince Bradley to come quietly, backing down from a confrontation. Take 10 persuasion for 18 total.

Gorrump
Out of the corner of his eye, Gorrump spotted Murr and waved at his Jedi companions, shouting or rather roaring: "Over here! I'm here! Is everything alright, Jelvar, Alvaro, Murr?" He then jogged over to the group of Jedi with a feeling of great relief to see that they were all ok. "Thank goodness I found you! I got worried when I found the ship empty and came running to find you. Is everything ok? Was the prisoner handed over to the Courts?"
Jelvar
Jelvar smiles slightly at Gorrumps questions. "Everything is fine. The prisoner was handed over and we were about to find a cantina to kill some time. Now let's go find a the cantina, I'm getting thirsty." He pats Gorrum on the shoulder before walking toward where he thinks a cantina will be.
Daken very conspicuously drew his pistol and held it, nonchalantly, within view of both Bradley and the Twi'lek. His eyes narrowed and he seemed to exude a danger that had nothing to do with his weapon.
SpoilerDraw deathhammer, swift action to activate Commanding Presence. All enemies take a -2 penalty to Will defense until the end of the 'encounter', ready a standard action: If Bradley doesn't back down, I'll fire my (stun-set) Deathhammer. [roll0] [roll1] +4 damage
Jiro
Jiro continues to wander the streets and take it the sights (such as they are) of the city. Casually passing the time until the speeder bus he is waiting for is due.
Gorrump
"Ah, yes, I could use a drink." Remarked Gorrump as he followed Jelvar.
Axtel Vonz sheet
Axtel downed his caf quickly, not wanting to drink it lukewarm. There was no avoiding it: nobody adventuresome came to a place like this. It was for people with desk jobs. Too bad nobody would let him in the spaceport cantina alone. "Too young," they'd always say. Maybe he'd have to find a way to sneak in.
Sighing, he went to one of the many public terminals in the place and instantly brought up the news, hoping to catch something local (as if the galactic news would ever mention Bakura).
