Bad News: The temporary is an emotional state trigger, not a time trigger!
Wait, what emotion?
Good, at least it won't be pernament.
*points Takeshi to this page*
...I hate you.
Also, cold water!
:smalltongue:
Well, the potion to change the drinker's gender is normally intended as a quick and easy disguise. The potion ends when one feels the emotional state contrary to when it was consumed: As intended, a feeling of safety and security of having escaped pursuers since one consumes it when fearing for one's safety when being pursued.
Except Takeshi will probably have consumed it in relative safety...
soheshe'll have to be pursued, and that's... do you really seehimher running away?
Mandy's Law indeed. :smalltongue:
It's not safety versus danger, it's a flat comparison to what you felt when you were drinking it. It was designed that way so it could also be used for recreative purposes. If you were feeling in the mood and experimental, you'd stay that way until something turned you off.
Also, don't link to TvTropes!
I just had a brilliant idea for a character. But I'm not sure where I should put her... I wanted to get in on the mortal world goings-on but her flavor doesn't quite go well with it... (She'd more or less be perfect for someone of Tirano's faction)
Gah well, anyway, I probably just don't want her to die is all, but this was basically inspired by one of my characters in a Pbp game I'm about to start. and this PrC
Hmmm...
Interesting. :smalltongue:
Takeshi would probably be curious as to whether the thing actually worked...
@^: You ninja.
To swing the cluebat one last time, what changes Takeshi back depends on what he was feeling when he drank it. So, hypothetically, if he were filled with sorrow and/or regret while drinking it...
I love that Satoshi defends his spying activites as "what 2nd Division does", but condemns Kinkuzo's experiments as amoral.
It's in character, mind, but pride comes before a fall. I think Tai's failed to cushion that fall by bringing him down a peg, to mix metaphors.
A sense of happiness and achievement, probably. Good luck feeling that with a pair of reminders of what you haven't achieved on your chest.
:smalltongue:
He's right, I don't think I'm going to be feeling that one in enough quantities anytime soon. You have any idea how low I am right now?
...oh, great.
I couldn't resist. I just had to kick him while he's down. I'll wait to drop the other shoe IC.
Other shoe?
What, that you haven't said here?
Boys and girls, we are now about to see a classic example of why you never accept a drink from a mad scientist.
I'll give you a hint: KnightDisciple is Takeshi's only hope.
<.<
>.>
...
...
Satoshi...
I get the feeling that's really not right, though.
That is not right. I suggest you focus on the IC, to quicker speed toward the correct answer.
Yes, sir. :smalltongue:
If you had said HZ, I would have just cringed, because that would have meant Hans. *shudder*
Perhaps another hint: Knight isn't your hope for a cure. He's your hope against the other shoe.
Well...One option is available in hueco mundo....right now...
Metta?
Possibility.
But Takeshi will probably be too pissed/depressed to think of it until well after Metta leaves.
If she does at all.
Time's up! Introducing the other shoe!
Oh, that's brilliant.
Takeshi is both pissed off and embaressed now.
I was actually referring to the trip to Sabine. Your only hope is that Noriko is strongly monogomous...
*Interrupts*
Okay, so I know how I just got done talking about how we don't need any more factions, but... Well, I just thought of another one. A mini-faction, anyway. See, I noticed that a lot of the player-made factions that have popped up seem to be antagonists, and the good guys are really starting to get outnumbered. In short, we could use some more good guys. Well, okay, there's the ARC and all, but they haven't done very much. And at the root of it, they're still basically Shinigami. :smalltongue:
I think I'm going to write a bit of a short story to introduce my idea, since I think that's the best way to get a feel for them, then ask for feedback after that. I will offer this hint, however: My inspiration came from Castlevania (specifically, Symphony of the Night and Order of Ecclesia). I dunno if they'll ever actually see the light, but I figured I should share the idea anyway.
:smalltongue:
Takeshi will suffer through Sabine...
suffer, I say. :smallamused:
By the way, Zarah. The other avvie of Takeshi in the Espada pic, please. :smallamused:
