Ah, next page of Inner Peace is up.
SpoilerJillian is free, but no one (other than Jack) seems to be listening to her. :smallmad: Of course Marie is there and I would be surprised if she didn't have something up her sleave.
Erfworld II: When Are They Gonna Get to the FIREWORKS FACTORY?!?
New page is up and it a Klog about fire. Some interesting art as well.
:smallsigh: Erfworld and its puns. "Motoroyal", I ask you. I wonder if the fire currently affecting Ace Hardware & co. is an inferno or simply uncontrolled.
New Inner Peace is up.
Disbannit, Marie! If this discussion is what I think it is...
SpoilerUnless I miss my guess, this is where Marie told Wanda she would attune to an Arkentool. It'd be the only thing that would make Wanda join Faq, then betray it. Or at least the most high-caliber thing.
SpoilerDon't think so. Looks like the Arkentool prediction came later. http://www.erfworld.com/book-1-archive/?px=%2F147.jpg
So Marie does not know anything extra. :smalleek: Well this page is an example of why I kinda like Marie. She does not try to BS people, but guide them if she can. And is willing to admite when she does NOT know something. That is more important than you might think.
It looks like it, If (and this is a big if, IMO) Wanda's telling the entire truth about that discussion (also assuming the panel shows the unvarnished truth of the discussion, which is so totally subject to Retconjuration it's not even funny). Wanda might have intentionally blotted out her involvement w/ Haffaton at the time of the discussion, for various reasons (mostly involving Dame Branch, but I digress), or she might have blurred it out for various reasons (again, mostly involving Dame Branch). Or I'm barking up the wrong tree, which is completely possible.
It helps that I consider Marie indirectly responsible for the fall of Faq, stemming from the discussion of the Arkentools.
The other thing is that, if Wanda was telling the truth, then we know Haffaton falls and she joins Faq. This might be part of a recruiting pitch.
And the portal is gone, so much for my theory with Sizemore. Unless Parson has fire resistance, looks like someone's gonna win this before the fire hits Inferno.
I think the fire is the main enemy now...and Sylvia is probably off Parson's Christmas card list.
Great sound effect. "SNUB".
Thinking about it...did Charlie not reply because he didn't want the portal closed just yet? If so, is that because he realises there's a good chance Parson might burn to death and he still thinks he might be able to use him?
1) Spoilers.
2) "We kill the fat man"
Also: New thread for page 50
Sorry, but I can see the point of using spoilers when talking about a TV series that not everyone might have seen yet, or when using something like the Girl Genius sneaky gate to possibly see the comic before most people, but neither of those apply to Erfworld. The latest comic is up and available for anyone to read.
