The magic number should be 37 after accounting for certain spells.
Green is one up due to Transmute Rock to Mud & Transmute Mud to Rock.
White is up two due to Remove Blindness/Deafness & Remove Curse & Remove Disease.
Red is just a mistake, which will be fixed soonish.
Black would be a miscount on your part. :smalltongue:

Whoops, yeah, that was a misscount. lol Did you look over the Wu Jen spells? Some of them might be good additions.

Yeah I hit Wu Jen up, should be at least a few green from there.
Added Call Lightning Storm for red's missing spell. I had intended to try and find a place for Call Lightning, so it was a perfect fit.

White could use an offensive spell such as Wall of Swords.

Light of Lunia, Flame Strike, Lucent Lance, and Sunburst are the present spell damage offensive spells for white. I'll admit, 2, 3, 4 looks empty for blasting, but white doesn't really have all that much direct damage, but Divine Power isn't nothing to sneer at.

White in MtG seems to have sorcery damage dealing that is mana intensive. I imagine they'd pay more mana for damage and only be able to do it as big actions, certainly not swift or immediate.

Holy! They should totally get Holy, just have the damage scale like weapons, except instead of according to size, according to caster level. It deals Divine Damage! Good final spell.

I don't think they are balanced, but I'm not quite sure what to reduce.

Yep. Sohala is within the forum rules with this. It's more Raise Dead than Animate Dead.
I've used that for my stuff a bit, too.
