To classify undead as coldblooded creatures would be inaccurate, however, since undead are mostly bloodless.
The RAW lack specifics of when the last useful blood expires from an undead creature, so it's a matter for DM discretion.

With Magical Training you "are treated as a sorcerer or wizard of your arcane spellcaster level (minimum 1st) for the purpose of determining level-based variables of the spells you cast." The feat further specifies how it augments your spellcasting if you already have actual levels in Sorcerer or Wizard, but it does not establish spellcasting progression without those levels. That is, there is no formula for how many spells you would be able to know or cast with extra virtual Wizard or Sorcerer levels, and Jade Phoenix Mage also does not supply a formula to work with Magical Training. Absent such a formula, there is no increase.

Most actions which do not involve an attack roll can be performed by a subject of Sanctuary. Encouraging or ordering other creatures to attack does not break the spell.

Nonassociated Class Levels
If you add a class level that doesn’t directly play to a creature’s strength the class level is considered nonassociated, and things get a little more complicated. Adding a nonassociated class level to a monster increases its CR by ½ per level until one of its nonassociated class levels equals its original Hit Dice. At that point, each additional level of the same class or a similar one is considered associated and increases the monster’s CR by 1.
Levels in NPC classes are always treated as nonassociated.

In the Expanded Psionics Handbook there is a general feat named something like "Cloaked Dance" (translating from Italian here), it requires 10 ranks in Hide and allows to use various actions to obtain various degrees of concealment.
My questions are:
A:does using this feat allows to bypass the need to feint for rogues or sneak-attack-capable classes?
B:For that matter, does it allows to roll a Hide check?
C:Would attacking while using this feat affect the enemy AC at all?

Feinting is not generally needed to allow sneak attack. To enable sneak attack you can
Feinting is just one of the ways to deny the target's DEX bonus to AC.
- flank the enemy, which requires a flanking partner; or
- deny the target their Dexterity bonus to AC.

The Cloak Dance feat provides either concealment (with a move action) or total concealment (with a full-round action). Either of these will satisfy one of the two requirements to use the Hide skill (cover/concealment). The other requirement is that you are not being observed. Total concealment will also satisfy the "not being observed" requirement. You still need to perform an action which will allow a Hide check, and after using a full-round action for Cloak Dance there aren't too many options left. If you take a 5' step you can Hide as part of that movement. You will incur a -5 penalty to your Hide check because you're moving at full speed (the full 5' rather than 2.5').
A 081 C: Maybe.
Being unseen will grant the usual advantages: you gain +2 to attack, and the target is denied their DEX bonus to AC. If the target has a Dexterity bonus this will reduce their AC. If they do not have a DEX bonus their AC will not change.

One more thing...
These two statements seems to contraddict eachother, if Total concealment satisty the "not being observed" what action would I need to perform? Hiding si not an action at all if I recall correctly.
Can't I just use the full round action, take Total Concealment and then, since I count as not being observed, roll Hide?

How is the factotum's int to damage treated against a warforged with light fortification? So far we've played with a 25% negation chance but we're not quite sure if it is correct.
