Day 2:
A man in a mask ran around the castle, shouting, “The King is dead! The King has been slain by our enemy, the Rogue! We must ban together and stand against this threat!”
The King in his chamber only cleaned his nails uneasily. “What’s that simpleton babbling about? I’m right here, alive and well.” He nodded towards his silent bodyguard, “Bring him to me.”
The Masked man was dragged before his king, then tossed onto the floor roughly. “My King? My King! It has been so long!”
“How do you know me?”
“M-my King! I helped you win this crown! How can you not remember me?”
The King only shook his head. “I can’t say I recall anyone quite like you.”
“B-but!”
“Take him away.” The man was dragged back out of the chamber, kicking and screaming.
“Perhaps if he hadn’t worn a mask, I would have remembered his face.”

Night 2 Begins.
It will end in approximately 48 hours, or when a majority of votes has been received.
I'll be indisposed this weekend and unable to post so please don't kick me or lynch me...
cya monday
Narrations are of the narrative function and do not depict current roles, either living or dead, or in the process of dying. The dead characters which are killed now, can die in the span of the future, as well as vice versa, past characters can be still alive, even though they're dead in the narrations. Somewhat similar is the current happening, because it might happen, but it doesn't have to. Don't worry too much about narrations, because they're not there to provide game-related advantages.
DO NOT POST IN-THREAD AT NIGHT!
Thank you.
Super dark, delete that post.
The Night Phase has ended.
You may resume chat after the narration, which will be posted by Penguinator shortly.
Night 2:
The Rogue had once again slipped into the castle, this time with no specific target in mind. He had already taken out Mr. Giggles, perhaps the most dangerous of his foes. Who was left to oppose him?
Hang on. There was one…
No matter. The chances that they were still around were negligible. The Rogue noticed someone standing in a doorway, motioning him over. He looked around, and sensing that it wasn’t a trap, crept into the room.
“Yes?”
“I am in great danger helping you here. The King already suspects that I don’t truly follow him.”
“Wait… you’re…”
“Yes. The High Chancellor.”
“From…”
“Yes, I know who you are. At least, who you were.” He paused, then added, “Who you should have been.”
“So…”
“The King grows increasingly worried. I suspect that if one of his inner circle is removed, then he will not continue to take his chances staying inside the castle. I suggest you take one of them out tonight.”
The Rogue cracked his knuckles. “My pleasure.”
The Chancellor nodded, then produced a small map from inside his robes. “Sleeping arrangements are here… and here…” Suddenly his head snapped up, and he looked around cautiously. “Hold… We are being watched.”
The Rogue looked around, seeing nothing. “Watched?”
The Chancellor shook his head. “Yes, it is worse than I feared. Forgive me.” With that, he shoved The Rogue into the hallway, giving him a second to run. “Guards! Guards! The castle has been breached! Stop that man!”
It took The Rogue only a split second to figure out what had happened. He nodded, then ran, straight for the front entrance. Luckily for him, the guards had been drinking that night, and they weren’t thinking straight. Only two guards stood near the door, the others two far away and too inebriated to pursue him. He ran towards the first guard, who was unable to respond fast enough to react, stabbing him in the gut. The guard shrieked with pain, and The Rogue pulled his dagger out of the gut, stabbing him again in the chest. By this point, the other guard had stood and pulled out a spear. The Rogue grabbed the first guard by the collar and smashed his head into the second guard’s. The impact was too much for the second guard, and he collapsed. The Rogue pulled his dagger again from the first guard, slitting his throat in the process. He sheathed the dagger, saying, “You’re lucky I’m nice. I could have let you suffer,” before running out into the night.
One of the King's trusted heard the commotion and ran from his corridors. He noticed the second guard, who had tossed the body off of himself and stood shakily. He nabbed a potion from his belt, and handed it to the guard. "Drink this." The guard grabbed the potion and drank it, coughing and sputtering. The potionsmaker clapped him on the back, and he collapsed to the floor, dead. The potionsmaker looked around confusedly, then shook his head. "Might have made it a bit too strong."
Back at the throne room, The Marauder knelt before The Corrupt King. “Sire. You were right in suspecting that The Chancellor is responsible for The Rogue’s repeated trips to the castle.”
“Yes, I knew it. Rauchsten, the time has come for you to do what you do best.”
“Yes, Sire. He will be marked before you know it.”

Day 3 Begins.
It will end in approximately 72 hours, or when a majority of votes has been received.
*ahem* Well, relatively, 2 hours are a short time!
Ahhh, Hangman, Whyyyy???
I feel like the Hangman has made two very bad decisions about who to lynch that's only helping the Werewolves win. If Grimmace was telling the truth we've lost a major force of good and we could have confirmed if he was eventually with the Grave Keeper. Please don't kill off any more claimers, hokay?
I'm going to be working on a spreadsheet, see if I can figure out where the werewolves are.
Our thoughts to the letter Gnomish, from how we read into Grimm's post he sounded like he was saying he was the Marauder rather then a wolf. How does proclaiming that the king has died help a wolf the could impersonate the king? The Grimmace ≠ wolf, as far as we can reason.
So we all should do our best to never let the hangman choose the lunch ever again, or at the very least forcefully tell him/her who to choose.
How about a 'new' color to represent how you think the Hangman should go after? Orange to represent who you wish to be taken by the hangman with crossing (Orange) negating your 'point' as usual. The hangman can count right? Really not trying to be mean there.
Or will all that be for not? Did the hangman die do you think? Probably not. . .
Anyway let's continue from the other day and Point at Elemental to find what use a librarian has, role powers and all that jazz.
Actually, some people use Orange to signify the "Finger of Suspicion." Which, while making sense, could confuse people.
So, any other color (that isn't red, of course) would be fine.
Yeah, showing a finger of suspicion is almost the same as suggesting a target to the hangman. I don't think there're any problems.
That is roughly why we picked orange, and why new was written as 'new' because it is not new to put things in orange.
I have no-one to suspect. However, I would like to lay some pressure down on Tom the Mime, find out what he does for a living.
I'll join the pressure on Tom the Mime.
Elemental, for now. Need to catch up.
I'm honestly wondering about Usourselves&we.
Seconded on the Hangman, the Ramsus lynch wasn't so bad but the Grimmace was a bad choice. We really need to finish lynches rather than relay on the hangman an this point.
Going for The Crash Man, since Tom the Mime has been making a fair amount of comments that we can look at.
Currently have nobody to suspect, so I'll keep up the pressure on Elemental.
If any of you have questions for me, though, I'd be all too happy to answer them. Whenever I'm not asleep or at school, of course.
I'll add pressure to Elemental. I also agree that so far, if no falsehoods have been posted in thread, I think our tally is this : no wolves killed, King, Hangman, and Seer dead. Might be other stuff I missed, but none of it good. So, generally, we're in a bad shape.
Few questions for narrators/Medieval I players:
1. Does Medieval have a fool role? Because that would be really mean.
2. If the Executioner is killed, what happens if no majority is reached? No lynch, or standard WW (whoever has the most is lynched)?
What use I have? Not much at this stage.
But, somewhere in these books is the secret behind the scryer's art.
Basically, I will eventually have the ability to scry. When, I do not know.
To answer the questions: No Fool role (as I saw it), and no lynch if the Hangman's dead.
Questions to Bookboy: The King is dead is your conclusion from The Grimmace's post. The Seer's dead is your conclusion from the killing of The Grimmace. And superdark would be the Hangman then? And then we have Ramsus. But I agree that we have no wolves so far.
If the Hangman's dead it's a great relief for town as his kill decisions did us no favour at all, they even made no sense. If the Hangman's still alive please refer from killing confessing or active people.
Put pressure on Tom the Mime (*3), don't know if Elemental is talking the truth but I do hope that he will scry eventually.
Okay... I'm not so sure aboutElemental, as I think that everyone can use at least 1 power at night, except for the masons, the hangman and the grave keeper. (That's if it's the same as Medi I.)
@Bookboy: Drash, Zar peter got here before I did, but yeah, he's got it right. I think.
Pressure on Tom the mime(4?), what's your role? Could you give us a little insight?
@Zar Hangman not as sure on, I just saw someone mock-freaking out about the idea of Superdark being hangman. Then decided to post a list while half asleep.
...You should probably mention if it's a secret role, since that sounds like either a claim to Rogue or Marauder (heirs, I believe. Not sure about all of the role terms)
Elemental
Tom the mime for pressure
Ya, Tom the Mime has struck my suspicion radar.
So this is a bit awkward, but my role gives me semi-random powers and last night I targeted Tom, and I'm pretty sure I ended up silencing him. So he probably isn't going to be able to respond to pressure today. So in the interest of saving time, let's move on to someone else.
Bladescape, we already pressured &we. What were you wondering about him? And more importantly what is YOUR role?
