Illusion and Enchantment
I say we ban Evocation and Conjuration as well. A subtle necromancer.
Enchantment and Evocation.
A 4th for evocation and conjuration being banned.
If we get two more quickly I'm calling it a trend and moving on to the traits.
I think its safe to say you've gotten all the votes you'll be getting.

I vote to ban illusion and transmutation.
NOW you've gotten all the votes you're going to get.
Alright! Defining personality trait and for this one I leave the field open. Give me an applicable adjective. Arrogant, Paranoid, Greedy, Kind, pick anything.
Surreal
alternatively:
Kitsch
Edit: I want to see a kitschy necromantic spellbook! Oh gods. it has rattling bone tassles, is bound in a black velvet painting
Paranoid. blurb
Mid to high evoker... oh look, I ignore half of your immunity to fire or cold damage. Thank you Frostburn and Sandstorm.
*also, you don't get resistance versus chosen element.
Otherwise: Epic Generalist, I know all spells, I'm not limited.
a second person for paranoid
just coz a paranoid necromancer would be amazingly funny
Hmm I would say paranoid wizards are way to common, so what about a trendy epic necromancer:D
I vote Narcissistic.
I vote compassionate.
Hmmm....
Happy
(shameless self-promotion: if ya like these, look at my voting threads...)
I want to see what a compassionate necromancer looks like.
Voting for kitschy and assuming we keep all the melodrama that comes with it.
I want undead standing around imitating famous statues in this moving fortress.
Tangential question: How do you figure the carrying capacity of a mob of zombies? You know, so we can figure out how big this castle can be.
Childish all the way!!!!
Depending on how you look at the current votes, we either have an epic kitschy necromancer, or an epic kitschy compassionate paranoid necromancer. Personally the latter looks most interesting to me.
Voting closed! Will get to work on it shortly
More to come but a sampling of the spellbook so far. (Doing him as half paranoid/kitsch half compassionate/kitsch)

Nice, though. I particularly like the idea of giving sentience to an undead AND taking away their movement at the same time.
This spellbook needs an animated throne or palanquin of undead spell. Undead cabinetry or somesuch. Something like the Sedlec Ossuary
