((Just avoiding autolynch...for now))

In the middle of the night, after the saloon has closed, the only light that shines is that of the twenty four hour Laundromat. Shadows can be seen passing in front of the lighted windows. Moments pass, then the same shadows are seen again passing in the opposite direction, this time carrying something large..
As the town wakes up, nothing seems out of the ordinary, at first. As you walk down main street, the careful observer will notice the door to the Laundromat swinging with the wind. Worried, you rush over and look inside.
Nothing is out of place, except for Zar Peter, who is tied up and gagged. You rush over to untie him.
Sunova! Dem Bandits steel from me. From ME! They took all my gold and also my washtub. Dunno what dey want with that. Perhaps they try to launder money?
You help Zar Peter get up and head back outside to look around.
The rest of the town seems quiet. The silence is broken, and people notice a low rumbling coming from the railroad tracks nearby. At first, no one thinks anything of it. *WHOOOOO!* the train whistle blows. You glance down at your pocket-watch. That’s odd, the train isn’t supposed to depart for a few hours. Others notice that the train is still picking up speed. A lot of speed. Then there's a muffled explosion and a plume of green smoke coming from the train.
Several of the townspeople mount their horses and take after the train for two reasons. One, it’s headed down the wrong track and two, because they know that the bridge across the un-named ravine hasn't been completed yet on that track, and that train's goin' awful fast like. Another explosion sounds and a plume of yellow smoke shoots into the sky. Those mounted are racing their horses as fast as they'll go to try and catch up, but it's losing battle. They realize they can't overtake it, so they head for Coyote Pass to try to head it off.
Another explosion and red smoke issues forth from the train as the pursuers get to the pass too late. The train is racing faster than anyone thought possible. And there's a ... metal wedge on wheels in front of it? Too late for speculation, the train and whatever it's pushing go off the bridge and into the ravine, suspended in air for cinematic effect for a few seconds, before making a fantastic wreckage at the bottom. Surely no one could have survived that.
When the townspeople finally get down to the pile of twisted metal they search for bodies. Doc Brown was talking about some sort of experiment with the train; this must have been how it got going so fast. But Doc would never have attempted it without his that flux capacitor. He said so yesterday at the saloon yesterday, before he went on a rant about the future and people running for fun and such. No, someone else was behind this. Here's his duster. Inside the wedge shaped thing. In the breast pocket is a note. It readsQuote:
I like to get my killin' done before breakfast. The Kidd
Zar Peter, was robbed of 3 gold coins and the washtub used for his laundry.
Kyrian, a member of the Posse (Masons) was killed last by the outlaws.
((The Outlaws have scripted this fine scene of Kyrian's departure for your amusment. Be sure to acknowledge there work when the game is over.))
Bandits now have 31% of the town’s money. Day 4 begins - will last 48 hours, and therefore will end on Saturday – High Noon Forum Time.
*Mid Game Gift* You may now transfer money at any time, day or night. PM Raldor, Supagoof, and the person you are transferring money too. Why? - Because we cleaned out our PM boxes. :smalltongue:
Kyrian points at...Sonofabitch! What do you mean I'm dead?
((Um...it means you're dead))
[chinese speak]NOOOO! Not my washtub! How should I earn money now!![/chinese speak]
((*Actually reads whole post now after initial shock. Cries happily at the death scene* I love you Goof, I love you...))
"I tole you them squirrely squirells couldn't be trusted!"
"Squirrel-Hunter" McGee spits a wad of chaw that sticks to the post and sort of hangs there in all its hideous glory.
"Time ter be findin' that no-good squirrel-loving son-of-a-squirrel Kidd!"
((Let the pointing begin!))
* Ink points at Eldritch Knight
Thes can be found mucking out the stables to 'pay' in advance for any whiskey she plans on drinking tonight.
Though she is knee deep, she trys to keep an ear open to what is going on in the streets.
(hmmm...we can start making educated guesses at this point..not well educated, but slightly.)
I guessed yesterday and nothing changed since my guess (EK pointed at hitchhiker yesterday)
Zar Peter points at Eldritch Knight
Sadly, both of you are wrong. I am on the side of the village, and there are those who can confirm that.
Castaras twirls her gun, thinking out loud.
So if I was a bandit in this li'l town here...where would I go?
She walks down the street, heels clicking on the cobbles.
I would walk down the streets and to the bank...
She slowly walks to the bank, and turns to look at the people crowded round. She sighs.
Guess I'm not up to this. How could a quiet li'l town like this one become so crowded with people?
Mongo want to know why Ink point at him.
*points at EK*
Alarrabelle doesn't see why you all are pointing at EK. She *points at Ink I believe EK to be innocent. Nothing against you Ink, but I've no evidence anywhere, so you're my choice for the moment.
(hmmm....I don't wanna point against ink simply for pointing first, but I wanna hear EK's comments. Hmmmmmm...Serlahc is dead and Exy isn't here. BUGGER!)
*The llama starts rummaging through Zar Peter's laundry looking to see what he can find. He pulls out some of Allarabelle's undergarments and points a hoof at Zar Peter. The hoof is dangling some of the evidence off of it.*
(no reason....I'm just mucking around)
Hmm. I don't believe you EK. I'd like to see one of these alleged "those" confirm that you are a citizen.
I point at EK
Personally, I think your a bandit.
Alarrabelle not hold her breath this time. But Mongo not sure why she points at Ink now either.
I've changed my mind.
I think Cobra Ikari is an outlaw. On the first day he points at Kyrian, who was a member of the posse. On the second day, he and Indurain (an outlaw for those who forgot) both point at shadow, thus kicking off the killing of Shadow, a townsperson.
This is much more evidence than that for EK, who's only evidence is that he pointed at Hitchhiker, who might well be an outlaw or bandit for all we know.
I point at Cobra Ikari (clarification)
((I don't remember what color I used for speech...hopefully, this one.))
I'm an outlaw...because I pointed at Kyrian, who I don't like much and didn't know was a posse member at the time. I'm an outlaw...because I pointed at Shadow, who has proven to be devious and cunning as an enemy of right in the past. I had nothing to do with Indurain...
Your "logic" is based off people pointing and ending up wrong? I am in awe of your brilliance.
He spits at inky.
I've no taste for people like you.
Those who know my innocence, please, step forward for my defense, as I have no evidence I can offer. I will follow Inky's lead and point at Cobra.
Hamish Strong points at Cobra_Ikari.
In the interest of not seeing EK, who I think is innocent, lynched. I too shall...*point at Cobra
*Mongo scratches his head in confusion.*
Mongo think Alarrabelle speak up for EK. If EK good, then Ink must be not good for wanting to hurt him.
Hmm. Funny humpless camel was right last time. I think you are bandit.
*points at Zar Peter instead*
((Inky, is that an official point from you?))

To those who might be lynched: Due to the money transfer during the day rule you may transfer money anytime before your lynching if you desire to do so. Its your call. If you don't, I'm sure that Our Friend the Reaper will be quite happy.
Rex Basset, purveyor of Basset's New Dry Goods, notes that his own package has come in, and relishes the thought of the specially ordered Jerkey he ordered weeks ago.
*Self-pointing*
At this point, I have no reason not to believe EK. Spins chamber on his six shooter, and points the gun at Cobra. But, I do think there is enough evidence against you.
What "evidence"? This is ridiculous. Being unlucky or wrong with points is now evidence? Happening to point at a similar time as someone in town I never talked to is evidence? That, my friend, is no evidence, just a steaming pile of ********.
Ikari looks irate and points at EK.
Snakes is almost as bad as squirrels. 'specially crawl in the dirt outlaw snakes like that Kidd.
