Maybe we'll be seeing some of those MBA-fuelled feats he's been keeping in reserve.
"Improved Disarm!"
"Improved trip!"
Of course, he'll be taking a -4 penalty on those, for wielding a hilt.
How about Mounted Combat, spirited Charge, and Trample? Use his horse as a weapon.
The ninjas had better not be keeping Rich from his comic... I will fire them if I find out they have been responsible for this heinous act.
This is why I like sorcerers, there's nothing you can do to take away their powers short of trapping them inside an unbreakable anti-magic field. Also, when you think about it, a sorcerer should have no trouble taking down a wizard of equal level, the wizard will run out of spells long before the sorcerer (and if the sorcerer has any magical defense spells he can just recast them until the wizard runs out of dispels and spell breaches). Plus a sorcerer can become a dragon disciple, which is simply so cool that monsters drop their weapons in awe and fall to their knees.Quote:
Wizards are even more screwed if anything happens to their spellbooks.
Sorcerors and Wizards are equal. The Sorc has a few more spells, the Wiz a few more feats. It does balance out.
However they are only equal if the Wiz isn't completely aware the fight is coming. Given time to prep the right spells, I put my money on the Wizard every time.
Wow, a full day and not even a whisper from Rich... I'm starting to worry...
Yup. Wizards will have more spells to choose from and can tune themselves if they know what is coming.Quote:

I'm sure Rich appreciates your concern...but fear not, I spoke with him tonight and all is well. The crappy placeholder today is my handiwork...it's 11:15, and I've been out drinking, I had an idea for something funny, but no ability to make it.Quote:

Sounds like THAT one belongs in "Gaming Terms that Sound Dirty but Aren't" from the Friendly Banter Forum!Quote:
