Re: ABR Disscusion thread XII: Not to be confused with important stuff
And saying "Oh my god" was too many letters? It's just 4 more letters and three spaces! Talk about lazy. :smallannoyed:

That dosen't really change it from being lazy.
I mean, cripes, it's just 4 more letters! Is typing hard or something?! :smallannoyed:

Re: ABR Disscusion thread XII: Not to be confused with important stuff

Re: ABR Disscusion thread XII: Not to be confused with important stuff
Q, you should take a look at some of the garbage internet slang and abbreviations use nowadays... They have 4 different standard methods of saying 'laugh', none of which are actually used when anyone is laughing. they have 4-letter ways of telling people to shut up, adding one letter in there for flaming's sake... What else... Oh, right, sometimes people spell things wrong on purpose because they thing it's cool, and many times simple words are abbreviated for no reason. For example: "Wut's goin' on, man?" "O, not much, u?" "I just saw a funny video. Here's the link:" "LOLOLOLOLOL (said as the person typing this stares coldly with a blank expression)."
Don't even get me started with l33tsp33k....

Re: ABR Disscusion thread XII: Not to be confused with important stuff
Get Off my Lawn you darn kids! In my day we respected our elders, and if we were nice they gave you a nickel. Back then I used to go the comic book store, but we had to walk there two miles through the snow uphill both way to get there. I would give them a nickel, which back then was worth a lot more than it is today. Which reminds me of my old record player, but remember the nickel part because that's the most important part of the story...

Re: ABR Disscusion thread XII: Not to be confused with important stuff
...and back then, Nickels had pictures of bumblebees on them. "Gimme five bees for a quarter", you'd say. But that's not the point. The important point is, I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. You couldn't get those white onions, because of the war. All you could get was those big yellow ones...
Yes, I know I just mixed the Simpsons in their good old days with Monty Python and something else I get the vague idea of but I'm not sure what it is.
Also, I'm gonna be gone until 8:00PM, so I won't be able to make a comic, but I now have a good idea! It would be bad for Mechafox if I didn't volunteer to retype the piece of the archive that I'm screwing up (which I am volunteering to do). However, I don't care, because I'm tired of being stuck here.

Is that honestly a phrase? That's just an oximoron...
I've been called a 'lol' once by someone. Apparently they must have asked a stupid question, received a 'lol' in response, thought it to be on similar lines of saying simply 'moron' in result of a stupid question, and took it as an insult.
I was hilarious.

It may be easy on Inkscape but it's probably a lot harder on ms paint.

It's from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2. The country is Jylannd, the town is Moorabella. I'm Canadian.
Huh, Jylland is in Denmark. You learn something new every day.
