A lot of classes have early access to some very good spells in divine casting (Trapsmith has haste at level 1, etc). I would probably limit it to base class casting, and let them find a Trapsmith willing to part with his early Haste (if they can find one, which is not likely  ). |
Except that he wouldn't be parting with it. He would be allowing someone else to copy it. In which case, being a person that works for a living, is more likely to charge... a lot.
