When you rise from your rest within the decomposing Aquapede, you feel full and refreshed. Between consuming an entire corpse as large as your body, and some purple goo on the side, you seem to have gained an unhealthy amount of excess mass and decide to split, going through the basic process of mitosis in order to create a clone of yourself.

A familiar feeling flows through your body as your DNA is scrambled in an attempt to grow new and improved useful parts. The first change that occurs begins in your nucleus, which produces a small amount of membrane layer that is quickly distributed throughout your membrane. In that package of membrane was a small amount of DNA which causes tiny hairs to sprout all over your cellular body. Not only do you feel able to swim very quickly along the ground, but you feel quite a bit tougher.

With the purple liquid gone, you feel like this Aquapede corpse has little left to offer you. Using your horn, you bore a hole in the underside of the Aquapede and attempt to squeeze yourself out, but there seems to be a problem. It seems like the entire Aquapede has been covered in dirt while you slept. Some unfriendly vibrations tell you that there are decomposers of a sort lurking nearby.
