Raz kinda looks awkward in a political council, but has sat down next to Dipsnig. He plays with a knotted string on his wrist, as he looks around the room at the many people he mostly doesn't recognise. There's Magtok, (he nods in recognition), there's that AMEN dragon guy, there's ... that chick from Alien?
He shrugs, then perks up, paying attention as Phil comes in
