Added a paragraph regarding what happens if characters recover from the paralysis while the thing is still wrapped around their throat.
If people are finding the whole thing too hard to PEACH, just look at say... the tiny, small, OR medium ones since they will be the most common to my way of thinking and comment only on that one particular size class. I consider
Ghoul to be a good point of reference for these probably (lower move speed, higher DC, fewer attacks) or perhaps a halfling monk with Stunning Fist, 6 strength, and Weapon Finesse?
