Rahman can transfer the enchantment to a different Heavy Blade. But here's the stats for a Shamshir (I made it up myself):
Superior One-Handed Melee Weapon
+3 Proficiency Bonus
1d8 Damage Die
High Crit
The rest of the stuff on board is things that Shaur will sell next time you make port; the priest's staff is non-magical, but it is a nice art piece, and there are other things that are valuable to merchants but not you. You'll get your cuts in your salaries next time you make port. Additionally, Rahman can salvage some of the explosives as an "Alchemical Subsidy". You get 2000 gp of reagents that can only be used to craft the following items:
Alchemist's Fire
Alchemist's Acid
Blastpatch
Acidic Fire
Inferno Oil
If you don't know these recipes yet, you can learn them next time you're in town.
