I'm not certain, but I think you might have misread the question (or maybe I'm the one doing the misreading, either of the question or your answer), but I think the word "still" refers to all the time that passed, not to the act of pre-ordering, which would be kind of silly (why would people who
didn't preorder get an email?
).
