The girl looks around, shrugs and replies "Well, we don't have many customers tonight, so I suppose I can." She walks over to the receptionist and returns shortly after. "Room number one. I hope you and your granddaughter enjoy your stay."
The man replies to Jack "I... I don't know what you are up to, and we want no part in it. There were three or four more soldiers here earlier this evening, one of them an officer." The other man nods. "Yep, the officer, him and two other soldiers."
