I'm going to disallow Rapid Summoning, because I'm a strong believer in the fact that summoning is very strong and the 1 round casting time is a determining balancing factor. There is a +1 metamagic feat that does the same thing, if you want to take it.
Enhanced Summoning, instead, is ok because you are still taking Spell Focus (conjuration). I don't like how that alternative class feature is used to avoid prereqs, but in this case I see no problem with it.
Concentration is erroneously marked cross-class, as is Spellcraft. A couple other skills are too, but those are the ones with ranks in it. Not that it matters.
I believe you probably inverted the Spells per Day and Bonus Spells columns.

EDIT: oh yes another thing. For HP, I have people roll them after level 1, and take average (round down) if it's lower. So you'll need to roll the HD for level 2.
