I don't think it is possible for Kneenibble to be artless. When he writes briefly, it is beautifully succinct, and when he takes the time to weave just the right words together, his language is staggeringly evocative. Even in many of his least poetic posts there's an entrancing sort of rhythm. I take the same joy in reading his verse as I would when gazing at my favorite Klimt.
