Decided to just forget the whole deal with the name, the important part is the card itself anyways. Judging:

Ninjaman

Very nice synergy here, milling yourself or your opponent very well. The second ability is a bit weak, however. Having to spend twice the creature's mana cost is very harsh. I think you would've been fine with just having it cost XB, since this is a rare card and costs 5 mana.

Overall it's a little weak for a 5-mana rare, but it looks like fun to play with on the kitchen table, where 5 mana isn't as big a deal, and you'll probably get a lot of mileage out of his abilities.

Cool ideas, but the restriction of not targeting yourself makes it useless in 1v1, and broken in multiplayer. Being able to draw a specific card out of 3 for 3 mana is very powerful. Being able to let your ally cast any spell in his hand for 3 mana is just plain broken. Turn 2 play this, turn 3 have your opponent play a card from his deck filled with emrakuls and blightsteel colossi.

So very close. The abilities on him are great, flavorful, and pretty well balanced, but 2 mana for a 3/3 creature with no drawbacks (and in fact, a pair of solid abilities) just doesn't work. It may not seem like a big deal, but remember that Tarmogoyf is simply a 3/4 or 4/5 creature for 2 mana, and he's regarded as one of the most powerful green creatures in the game.

Interesting abilities, the first strike should probably cost significantly more, but more importantly, the second is very off-color. Since when does blue like equipment? That seems to be very solidly in white's domain.

That first ability is very cool, flavorful, and makes me think of all sorts of cool ways to use and abuse it. Unfortunately, the second ability is simply far too strong and doesn't interact with the first ability whatsoever. I was really looking forwards to something new and interesting that interacted with the first ability in some way, and this just let me down.

Dimir Guildmaster, by Ninjaman!

While the power level was a little off, the functionality of the card just worked out very well.

A close second was Grunge Guildmage by Binks, which was very solid overall except for it's unfortunate power and toughness.
