general breznov was casually strolling through the military encampment inspecting the 5th regiments base of operations when his aide rushed up to him and said "general! king jose of portugal has requested your presensce at a meeting with them and austria hungarys leader."
the general raised his eyebrow and says "austria you say? hmm ... i suppose i better see what this is about." and without another word he strides off to issue an official reply to portugal
russia will attend the meeting in portugal and agree to the signing of a non aggression treaty
