We propose the following clause be added to the defense treaty we have.

Should the parties involved enter into a war both sides will disclose all of their technological research of a military nature to the other, in order to aid in winning the war.

With the recent rise in the PRA's activity we are becoming increasingly concerned about the possibility of a war in North America. Should our side lose the war this would be incredibly bad for you, as you wouldn't have the resources to stop them from spreading into your country.

Given the consequences should we lose the war the Canadian government believes that it would be beneficial if you were to sign onto the mutual defense treaty that we have signed with the DUS. We acknowledge that you are not a terribly powerful nation, however even a small military such as yours has the potential to tip the scales in our favor. Would you accept this offer?

If so we are considering adding a new clause to the treaty. it states
