Dipsnig is there as well, somewhat surprised that the Council is meeting again. Instead of his usual leather jacket and vest, he's wearing a somewhat military gray jacket with sleeves reaching down to his elbows, with a woolen shirt underneath. Viima is there with him, padding behind her master.
