Adir makes a stab at it's eye, then, shortly before he's tossed to the side. He stands up, panting. "Yeah, thanks!" Adir calls back, his voice accented and swift-speaking. The stag turns and starts climbing again, rather quickly, so that he might get out of the Shen Gaoren's reach.

Provided he can make it back up the cliff-face, perhaps a new plan is in order. Adir stands atop the heaviest-looking outcropping he can find and commences firing arrows again. This time, however, it's just to get the beast's attention. He's hoping it will swipe at him again, taking down a large part of the canyon wall with that swipe and bringing down a couple thousand pounds of rock. If he can get it do that a few times, well, perhaps they have a chance.
