I'm sorry, but there's no way that several hundred feet of barehanded reach is a 0 LA trait.
My suggestion would be to make it so you can attack targets within 30/50/60 feet with unarmed strikes/one-handed/light weapons, but your reach and threatened area remains the same.
The ability mods are also way, way too strong. Boost the penalties or drop the dex bonus.
