He sighed slightly. He really didn't *like* things being so disorderly.
"I apologize. This hath all the qualities of a fine mess, I know... It hath not been an easy few years for him; nought once hath things gone well. Just once, just now... I would have it go well."
He sounded just a tiny bit defeated, there, though determined in the way of someone faced with a long and difficult struggle.
