My sincerest apologies for the delay in posting. The luxury cabin we rented in the mountains NW of Denver were promised to have "spacious living space", "luxurious amenities", and "full internet connectivity." Instead we got "spacious living space", "luxurious amenities", and "NO internet connectivity." I am currently in a McDonald's 15 miles away. I will try to post again on Sunday and will be home late Wednesday.
