Be aware that Robb's defence here will win and lose him points in equal measure for Grace. His initial reaction lost them, but his ability to remain standing - albeit just - will win back some. Someone who can hold their ground, in whatever sense that might imply, is generally good to have around.
Backstory for Grace will come out slowly, in character and only if people ask her or situations pull it up. And I do find it amusing that Robb's just walking away from the woman who has both a blaster and a vibrosword at her belt and that seemingly appeared out of nowhere on the ship.
I would have thought he would be more curious
