They are quite a ways away from Aldhaven, my friend. They're out in The Reach and won't make it to Aldhaven for a day or two.
You'll need to put out an ad to have someone come directly somewhere for a task. You could perhaps place one one the jobs board in several districts.

HiphoVesth - As for the djinn, how far can you go from your bangle? He got in a post before you, so you might have to edit yours since they already started off.
@Crafty - You're just arriving. At east gate and so just witnessing the guards rallying, and likely going to be checking people to see if they're Zane. I unfortunately can't post at the moment, but I might be able to later on today or early tomorrow.
