Okay. I'm getting rid of paralysis as it is not a visible alteration.
I don't think Tarquin's glamered armor should be tracked as a visible magical alteration once it became clear that he was no longer impersonating Thog. It's only a change to the armor itself, and not to Tarquin, and we don't track costume changes.
