The way these things go, you often need to read 1-3 homebrew classes per player, find any way of even remotely guessing their power level, provide some kind of challenge for them, which is insanely hard even in normal epic, find a world that someone with such an insane power level can meaningfully interact with, and then watch the game burn out and die in a week.
I do see you've found a DM though, so I wish you the best of luck! I'm trying to get a level 14 gestalt going with the idea of leveling to epic in a reasonable amount of time.
I hope your game actually starts, and actually lasts. Much of that will be based on not just how uber your character is, but on how fleshed out they are as imaginary people, and how much detail and richness your DM can bring to the setting and story. Again, good luck!
