The peasant railgun is the epitome of Munchkinism.
It selectively picks some abstract rules, but then introduces "common sense" or pseudo-real world physics to produce some brocken effect (and ingnoring undisired side effects, of course)
and then trying to pass of the thing as entirely supported by the rules.
