I'm still working on the CreateSpace print on demand site - the revised cover was submitted about half an hour ago - but my hope is that I will get approval for that tomorrow sometime.
The Kindle version has been submitted for approval - so long as they don't find anything wrong, it should go up either much later today, or more likely tomorrow.
Doesn't seem possible that it's actually happening...
