Primordial Mire comes into play with X Evolution counters on it.
UBG, Remove an Evolution counter from Primordial Mire: Exile target creature card from a graveyard. Target creature becomes a copy of that card. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
Discard a card: Exile target creature card from a graveyard. Its owner may search their library for a creature card and put it into their graveyard. If they do not, put 2 +1/+1 counters on target creature.
When there are no Evolution counters on Primordial Mire, sacrifice it.
