Well, it's certainly not Batman in any meaningful way. Random violence against people who aren't breaking the law or endangering people, does that sound like Batman to you

I honestly can't imagine Batman being anything other than distantly approving but almost entirely uninterested in the whole pony/brony thing. The generally positive attitude of the fans, that's a plus point, but it's just not a concern of his and he's not really the type to sit around watching shows of any kind, he's far too driven to allow downtime.
