Yes, but you may notice that that's the problem; that they
aren't decaying. Of course, living creatures aren't inherently Evil, and
they don't decay either. So it's not a reason that they're Evil, and it's not a reason that they're not Evil. So I guess that the decay/non-decay debate is out of the question.
