Well, maybe I just missed it, but I don't see your additional 6 starting technologies. These are basically 6 technologies that you get for free, considering your faction, you may want to consider some kind of weapons.
I also noticed that under freebies you have "One addition unit of 500" I'm pretty sure that the additional units are only 250 personnel, even when we use an additional freebie for the better stats.
