I'm affraid I've got you beat on the minions count Anecron, taking the archmage Spell-like ability power for body outside of body twice and the epic hero \'s epic arcana for it once nets me 1,771,560 clones with a single casting of the spell each day. Not that minions are likely to matter all that much, taking signature move for Mystery-God's Clear Existence makes you flat out immune to anything which doesn't have a divine rank greater than or equal to your own anyway.

EDIT: Actually, make that 3,138,428,376,720 clones. Turns out I have room for 5 archmage levels.
