NM020110, you need to post. In the future, assume that you should get your End of Turn Report in by 6 PM or so of that day. Since I didn't tell anybody that, however, just post your EoT as soon as possible.
Now, everybody should read this: your work group is only supposed to do one thing per turn or a small number of thematically linked thing. You don't need to nor should you say "Okay, my Military does this part while my Industry does this". Instead, you say "My work group does this thing". The only exception to this is Economy and Opinion. These are attributes of the Department as a whole and even then you're saying "My department is spending money to do this/help this work group". Yes, this is different from other Total War games. Yes, that means that you won't be doing a ton of different things at the beginning of the game. This is intentional. I sort of let it slide right now, but please be more careful in the future.
