Frankly, I think I'm disqualified from LUTAS for being too underpowered. All I do is make weapons glow. That's more useless than just about anything I've seen so far.

Nonsense. Noone is too underqualified to join LUTAS. We accept all, no matter how bad their power is. I have Smoke Manipulation. You can make things glow, I can change the shape of clouds of smoke, but I can't make it on my own.
