That's why (with the recent wave of invites) we started small GitP group of new DotA players, so that everyone has roughly equal experience and no one has cause to rage :P
Although, yes, some ass raged at me for 'farming and not supporting' when I was just trying to get my last item, and when I did, my hero (good 5-9 levels higher than the other nine) pretty much disabled enemy base defence on her own, allowing our team to destroy every single building they had in 6 minutes
