Not that I'm complaining, I like the idea behind the fiendish shadows, but isn't the fiendish template specifically limited to living corporeal creatures? By definition the shadow is incorporeal undead. Just a little nitpick.
Also, can these shadows create spawn or are they more akin to the ones summoned by shadowdancer class ability?
