A little bit of fluff and background would be nice to set the fighting style that you intend your Discipline to be from. Also, a lot of people use the set-up where you first organize the Maneuvers and Stances by level, then have the full description listed alphabetically.
Your maneuvers look gory, but I can't really put them into the context of a fighting style without that background.
