Not quite. Grammatically, a "duration of 1 or more rounds" is not the same as a "duration of more than 1 round". The feat's statement requires a stated duration in rounds. Your revision allows anything that doesn't have a short duration.
Huge difference. Like, world continuing to exist or not difference.
