I don't think Ener will come back. He's on the Moon right now... So...
I think one of the overall best arcs is the last one, the Amazon-Impel-Marine Ford one. So much happening so fast.
Water 7 is another favorite of mine. Very cool characters, and finally the rest of the Straw Hats actually got to do something.
