In a pretty much complete opposite vein from you two, would anyone be interested in a 'Sanowar' game, where you pick generally plausible armies (preferrably sci-fi but whatever it is, it's capabilities have to be known by me as the GM pre-game. It'd have plenty of GM-judging on the plans, or perhaps even a structure where everyone sends their plans in, with secrets in PMs, and the GM posts an 'end of turn' where he meshes together everything that happens simultaneously.
