    Well I took a look and I don't see too much wrong with this (I'm a hopeless critic ). I do have the idea that, instead of the familiar having +1 Natural Armor every 3 levels, it instead gains Natural Armor equal to that of the Mage's Constitution, but to a limit of the PrC level until 9th level where it is removed.
