What do you guys think about my idea to make arcanic magic very science based?

I like it. Science is a study of how the universe works, and in this universe, the answer is Magic. Reminds me a bit of tales of mu, an online story (look it up if you dont mind large amounts of graphically depicted sex and occasional (read constant) bdsm elements.))
