Alright, all pre-orders have been shipped except for about 10 that need special attention.

If you're an international customer and haven't received your order, don't worry (yet). It can easily take 30 days from when we ship it before you receive your package. If 30 days pass and you've still not received your order, then contact ship.manager@ookoodook.com.

If your tracking message does't show anything past Shipping Info Received in Houston, then don't worry about that, either. Your package is probably no longer in Houston - USPS just didn't update tracking.
